  1. Complete and submit online or mail to the Admissions Office.

  2. Request previously attended colleges/universities to send official transcripts.

  3. Provide catalog or course descriptions from each out-of-state school.

  4. For military training submit AARTS transcript (for Army Vet) or original or court certified copy of DD-214.
