Instructions:

Complete and submit online or complete a print application and mail to the Admissions Office.

Complete one Card for Each Curricular Plan you anticipate to graduate in

To be cleared for graduation students must have all financial obligations to the college resolved and have all library and college material returned.

Submit or mail this application to the admissions office early in the semester that you plan to graduate. (A new application is required if the candidate does not qualify to receive his/her diploma indicated on this card).
Attendance at Graduation Exercise - All graduates must attend commencement unless special permission has been granted by the Vice President of Instruction and Student Services.

Late Application for Graduation - If you do not apply for graduation at the beginning of the semester in which you plan to graduate, you may need to complete a graduation application for the following semester.
