Help Form

This form is for help with the instructor's pages and programs. It is not to be used for problems with your email or any of the VCCS systems. Your instructor cannot help with those systems, but help is available at the VHCC helpdesk and online with the VCCS. The Announcements on the Supervised Study Current Semester pages tell you where to go for help with those systems.

Before submitting the form, be sure your difficulty can't be solved by any of the following:

Program won't run at all: If a query or q_a_ program won't run at all, first run the VBRUN60 program at Supervised Study Current Semester > Downloads. If you get Error 76, see below.
Error 76: This almost always means you don't have the c:\vhmthphy folder on your hard drive. This is very easy to fix. If you know how, you can manually create the folder. Otherwise you can simply run the q_a_prelim, just long enough for the form to pop up (then you can close it). The first thing that program does is create the necessary folder.
Can't get started with your course: Go to http://vhmthphy.vhcc.edu/ > General Information and proceed as directed there, taking the instructions one step at a time. If you have trouble, use this form to specify the exact nature of the difficulty.
Can't find the programs: All programs are posted at Supervised Study Current Semester > Course Documents. The VBRUN60, q_a_prelim and q_a_init_probs are located there, and programs more specific to your course are located under the heading Downloads.
