The Second Year Application is due Friday, April 4, 2008.

Academic Excellence Scholarship - Must have 3.5 GPA, enrolled in Science & Engineering curriculum, recommended by faculty member. See Brenda Legge, Science & Engineering Technology counselor.

Food Country USA Scholarship - Must have 3.0 GPA, enrolled in Business Administration/ Management or Accounting curriculum, recommended by faculty member. See Tim Harrison, BHSS counselor.

Highlands Union Bank Scholarship - Must have 3.0 GPA, enrolled in Business Technologies or Administration curriculum, See Tim Harrison, BHSS counselor.

Floyd Royce Farnham Scholarship - Must be transferring to earn Bachelor’s Degree in S & E curriculum, after graduation from VHCC. See Brenda Legge, Science & Engineering Technology counselor.

Sidney Louis Hyatt Scholarship - Must have 3.0 GPA, accepting into the Nursing Program. Recommended by faculty member. See Paige Kelly, Nursing & Allied Health counselor.

James D. Moore Scholarship - Must have 3.0 GPA, accepted into the Nursing Program. Recommended by faculty member. See Paige Kelly, Nursing & Allied Health counselor.

Doshia Rainero Scholarship - Must be in good standing academically. See your division counselor.

Woody Williamson Award - Must have outstanding academic average, enrolled in Science & Engineering curriculum, recommended by faculty member. See Brenda Legge, Science & Engineering Technology.

Helen Napps Scholarship - Must have 3.0 GPA, enrolled in Humanities or Social Sciences curriculum, See Tim Harrison, Business, Humanities and Social Sciences counselor.

Rotary Club of Washington County Scholarship - Must have 3.0 GPA, provide proof of service oriented volunteer work. See your division counselor.

Abingdon Rotary Club Scholarship - Must have 3.0 GPA, provide proof of service oriented volunteer work, involvement in Rotaract. See your division counselor.

Frank Bush Memorial Scholarship - Must be in good standing academically, enrolled in Accounting curriculum. See Tim Harrison, Business, Humanities and Social Sciences counselor.

Foundation President’s Scholar Award - Mary Lou Angle Scholarship - Sponsored by Johnston Memorial Hospital - Must have a 3.4 GPA, attend VHCC as a full-time student. Must seek Associate in Applied Science Degree for: Registered Nurse, Medical Lab Technology, Licensed Practical Nurse to Registered Nurse Bridge, Physical Therapy Assistant, Radiography.
