Special Tuition Rates
Through a special agreement with the state of Tennessee, a reduced rate of tuition has been established for students who live within 30 miles of the VHCC campus. Special rates also are available for foster care students, senior citizens, those whose parents live outside the state but work in Virginia, the children and spouses of active-duty members of the military, and those whose parents were killed, disabled, missing in action, or prisoners during any armed conflict.
