Knowledge Center Login Page

Registration in the VHCC Knowledge Center

On your first visit, click on the Register option and complete the information necessary for registration in the center as a state employee.  During registration, be sure to enter your name exactly as it appears on your pay stub. After the registration process is completed, you can enter the VHCC Knowledge Center for training/courses.

Access HRMS Overview Training:

• Go to VHCC Knowledge Center
• Sign In
• Click on Learning Center
• Click on Course Information and Enrollment
• Type HRMS in Keyword Box
• Click Search
• Click on applicable VCCS-PeopleSoft HRMS courses
• Read Instructions Carefully
• Click on Take Course (For Credit)

Forgot Your VHCC Knowledge Center Password?

• Open the VHCC Knowledge Center Login Page
• Click the Forgot Password? Link (the Password Assistance window opens)
• Enter the Login ID that you created when first registering in the VHCC KC
• Enter your VHCC Email Address
• Click the Submit button. A message opens to notify you that your password was sent your email address
• Retrieve and make note of your new password
• Return to the VHCC Knowledge Center login page
• Enter your Login ID, new Password, and click the Submit button. The Change Password window opens.
• Enter the password you received via email in the Current Password field.
• Enter a new password in the New Password field. NOTE: Your password must be at least 6 characters and contain at least 3 of the following attributes: uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers (0-9), and special characters such as !#%&*. An example of an acceptable password is Training1.
• Re-enter the new password in the Confirm Password field.
• Click the Submit button. Your new password is saved in the system and the VHCC Knowledge Center Home Page opens.

View your Knowledge Center Transcript

• Go to VHCC Knowledge Center
• Sign In
• From the Administration folder, select the Student Records option. The Student Records window opens.
• Select the Student Transcript option. The Student Transcript window opens and displays the courses that you have completed to date.
  From this screen you can:
• Click the certificate link to the right of a course title to view and print a course completion certificate for the course. This link will only be displayed after a course has been completed.
• Click the Details link in the Performance column to the right of an online course to view the score you achieved on its assessment.
• Right-click on the transcript and then select the Print option to print a copy of your training transcript.
