Students who are chosen for Verification must submit an IRS Return Transcript

IRS Transcript Request Process

• Go to www.IRS.gov
• Under Tools click on Order a Return or Account Transcript
• Under Step 3 – Go get your transcript! Click on Order a Transcript
• Enter personal information and choose Return Transcript for year 2011
• Or you can call 1-800-908-9946 to order your transcript

Please submit a signed copy of your IRS Tax Return Transcript and the verification documents to the Financial Aid Office.

A copy of your actual Tax Return will not be accepted!
