Principles of Supervision I BUS 111-50
You will learn the fundamentals of supervision, including the primary responsibilities of the supervisor. Introduces factors relating to the work of supervisor and subordinates. Human Relations and Leadership Development BUS 117-50
You will learn techniques for developing successful interpersonal relationships in hierarchical structures and examine the dynamics of teamwork, motivation, handling change and conflict, and how to achieve positive results through others. Randall Roberts • 3 credits

Presents a fundamental, skills-based approach to selling and relationship building. Emphasizes learning effective interpersonal communication skills in all areas of the sales process through skill-building activities.
