The Career Readiness Certificate (CRC), is a portable credential designed to provide evidence that an individual is ready for work with respect to fundamental standards of workforce literacy. This credential is built upon three of the ACT WorkKeys skill areas: Reading for Information, Applied Mathematics and Locating Information.
Individuals can earn three levels of Career Readiness Certificates Bronze, Silver, and Gold.

Reading for Information:
The WorkKeys Reading for Information test measures the skill people use when they read and use written text in order to do a job.
The WorkKeys Applied Mathematics assessment measures the skill people use when they apply mathematical reasoning, critical thinking, and problem-solving techniques to work-related problems.
The WorkKeys Locating Information test measures the skill people use when they work with workplace graphics.
