Welcome to the Virginia Highlands Community College Library web site. The primary mission of the VHCC Library and Instructional Support Division is to support the teaching, learning and research needs of the VHCC community. Library facilities are located in the LRC Building at the Abingdon campus. Library services are also open to the residents of the surrounding communities.
