VHCC Transcript Request
There are four different ways to request an official VHCC transcript:

1. Mail the Transcript Request Form to the following address:
   Virginia Highlands Community College Admissions Office
   P. O. Box 828 Abingdon, VA 24212-0828
   
2. Fax a request to (276) 739-2591 or (276) 739-2591
   
3. Email the request as a scanned attachment to jseymour@vhcc.edu
   
4. In person at the Office of Admissions in ISC 133
   
5. Request Online through myVHCC

To request a transcript, please include your name, social security number, where transcript should be sent and your signature. Since your signature is required, we cannot accept email requests for transcripts. Transcripts are provided free of charge.

Please understand that a transcript sent directly to you will be considered unofficial by most other colleges. Generally, for a transcript to be considered official for admission and transfer of credits, it must be sent directly from one college to another.

To view Unofficial Transcripts online through myVHCC:

1. Go to myVHCC
2. Log in using your Username and Password
3. Click on VCCS SIS89: Student Information System
4. Click on Self Service
5. Click on View Unofficial Transcript under Academic Records

To request an Official Transcript online through myVHCC:

1. Go to myVHCC
2. Log in using your Username and Password
3. Click on VCCS SIS89: Student Information System
4. Click on Self Service
5. Click on Request Official Transcript
