Registration now open for the 12th Annual VHCC Educational Foundation Golf Tournament

Participants will enjoy a chance to win a foursome at The Virginian!

Individuals and four-member teams are invited to register now for the 12th Annual Virginia Highlands Community College Educational Foundation Golf Tournament to be held Friday, October 11, at Abingdon’s Glenrochie Country Club.

Check-in begins at 8 am and tee-off will be held at 9 am. Awards will be presented for the first, second, and third place team, and prizes will be presented for the longest drive, closest to the pin and hole in one. Participants will also be entered to win a foursome at The Virginian, Bristol. 

The cost to play is $125 for individuals and $500 for four-member teams, which includes green fees, cart, two beverage tickets per player, continental breakfast, and lunch at the awards ceremony.

All proceeds from the tournament will benefit the student scholarship program at VHCC. More than 84 percent of VHCC students receive financial assistance to help cover the cost of their education. Scholarships are awarded to both first- and second-year students based on merit and financial need.
