Spring 2023 Early Graduation Application Deadline - November 21, 2022

Prospective spring 2023 graduates that apply by the early application deadline of November 21, 2022, will be provided with information by your VHCC email address on meeting graduation requirements prior to spring 2023 classes beginning. This will enable you to make any necessary changes to your spring class schedule, if needed.

Applications for graduation are only accepted online.
All correspondence regarding graduation will be sent to your VHCC email account

If you do not meet graduation requirements for the semester you have initially applied to graduate you are required to submit a new graduation application the semester you meet requirements.

Your diploma will be mailed directly to your home using the mailing address in the Student Information System(SIS). Verify that your address, phone number and email are correct by going to Main Menu > Self Service > Student Center > Personal Information > Demographic Data.
