Special Instructions
- A maximum of two and one-half hours has been allocated for each final exam. If no final exam is planned, the time should be used for a test, projects, wrap-up sessions, or some other activity appropriate for a conclusion to the course.
- Exams will be held in the same room as the regularly scheduled classes.
- No students should have more than three examinations on one day. Special arrangements may be made with individual students in order to assure this, but these should be approved by the Dean or supervisor. The schedule is developed to minimize conflicts. Unanticipated conflicts should be brought to the attention of the Dean for resolution.
- Faculty should not give the final examination prior to the official final examination period unless by special written authorization from their supervisor.
