Shawn Laneis a three-time GRAMMY Nominee and 28-time IBMA Award winner with the supergroup he co-founded, Blue Highway. He is an explosive vocalist and instrumentalist, as well as a respected songwriter. Shawn was nominated as 2015 IBMA Songwriter of the Year, and has penned such iconic songs as The Game, Sycamore Hollow, andTears Fell on Missouri. He has toured or recorded with Ricky Skaggs, Lee Ann Womack, Alison Krauss, Dan Tyminski, Doyle Lawson, Larry Sparks, Kenny Chesney, Jerry Douglas, and Willie Nelson. As a solo artist, Shawn has charted #1 songs "One More" from his album "Family and Friends," and the true story song about his dad coming back after 17 days in a coma, "I Met the Man," which topped the Bluegrass Today Chart at #1 for seven weeks, and soared in the Top 10 for an incredible 28 weeks. At Clemson University, Shawn serves as director of the Bluegrass Music Program, head of the Bluegrass Ensemble, and teaches Commercial Songwriting. Garrett just graduated from high school and sings harmony in the trio, while Grayson plays mandolin and keyboard, in addition to adding sterling vocals.
